Sodium chloride, magnesium sulfate, potassium phosphate monosubstituted, ammonium chloride, sodium phosphate disubstituted, sodium acetate, bromtimolovy blue, agar.
Preparation:
The preparation in the quantity necessary for preparation of specific series of culture medium, is stirred in 1 l of distilled water, boiled 2 - 3 min. before full fusion of agar, filtered via the wadded and gauze filter, spill 5 ml in test tubes, sterilized autoclaving at temperature
