Bronze (circle, plug, pipe).

Classical bronze represents copper alloy with tin (with different percent of maintenance of both components). In the industry bronze with different impurity, such as phosphorus, nickel, manganese, copper alloy with aluminum is most often used. Alloys from bronze do not differ from classical steel alloys. Appearance of bronze coatings depends on their structure. Bronze coatings can have golden, copper and a white.

The bronze coatings containing to the 15th tin have the increased hardness (from 250 - 300 HV). They have very porous structure and thickness more than 10 microns. Alloys with tin possess very good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and in connection with low porosity are used as a basis for chromed steel.

Zinc alloys it is much better than copper alloys. It is also possible to receive color very similar to gold. It allows to use alloys from bronze for the decorative purposes. Bronze can also be used as a basis for gold plating.
The bronze coating 50 microns thick can stay till 10 - 12 months in acidic environment and till 14 months in the alkaline environment. The majority of bronze coatings is used for a covering of special bathtubs. Bathtubs of this kind extremely strong can be also used for difficult industrial facilities.
