Description
The last development of Duplo firm is the small-sized two-cassette faltsevalny DF-915 car which is used when processing various sheet printed materials of a format from B6 to A3 (advertizing leaflets, letters, cards, etc.). Three-roller frictional supply of paper with correction function, provides a fast and qualitative folding (12000 sheets for an hour).
The car carries out two parallel bends in any place and is programmed on six types of a fold: unary, double, broshyurny, zigzag, semi-zigzag, standard letter, parallel and other non-standard types.
The device has 36 settings of stoppers and allows to do automatic settings for a format of sheets, density of paper and types of a folding. Besides standard types of a bend of Duplo DF-915 can carry out a cross folding for 2 runs.
By means of the convenient push-button control panel the car is quickly recustomized from one type of a fold on another. The device has program memory on earlier entered settings. The system of internal self-diagnostics of the car allows to find quickly possible failures in work, messages on which are displayed on four digit display of the operational panel.
