Acura® manual 865 - a dispenser for repeated dosing with a possibility of autofilling. It is intended for comfortable repeated dosing of microliter volumes. Careful selection of materials guarantees it high resistance to aggressive environments and durability in work. For work with a microdispenser tips, as are not required during the work with ordinary dosers.
Advantages of a microdispenser of Acura® manual 865: • Excellent ergonomics, soft piston stroke. The form of the tool and lightweight provide the maximum comfort when dosing. The soft piston stroke practically excludes fatigue of hands. • The big digital window allowing to see accurately established volume during dosing. • Easy intra laboratory calibration. The system of the user calibration Swift - set with the integrated key and the blocking cal - lock mechanism excludes tiresome procedure of calibration. In the dosers Socorex this procedure is very easy, exact and completely conforms to the international standards. • For service of a microdispenser additional tools are not required. • It is completely autoclaved at 121 °C / 250 °F. • The reliable system of valves guarantees highly effective dosing, a dose behind a dose. The valve mechanism of a fence and discharge of liquid can rotate around an axis that provides the most comfortable working position of the tool • Protection of the lock of calibration. When autoclaving a microdispenser it is recommended to protect the blocking cal - losk mechanism a protective sticker which if necessary can be easily removed. • Possibility of the choice of a source of filling. Complete with a microdispenser the silicon drainage tube 90 cm long for a remote intake of liquid is delivered. During the work with small volumes of valuable reagents it is recommended to use: - large bottles; - syringes; - bottles. They need to be ordered separately.
• The choice of nozzles for dosing. The nose of a microdispenser corresponds to a cannula with an adapter like Lyuer and to nozzles for multichannel dosing (manifold). Cannulas with a blunt end increase dosing accuracy. Nozzles from stainless steel with teflon caps allow to carry out an intake or distribution of liquid during the work with tablets on 24 and 96 holes.
Cannulas and manifolds are completely autoclaved at a temperature of 121 °C.
