Pneumatic dispersion

PNEUMATIC Raspyleniyepopulyarnost a method of pneumatic dispersion it is in many respects caused by its relative simplicity, high quality of the received paint and varnish coverings, and also a possibility of its application for performance of painting works as with low, and high efficiency. At pneumatic dispersion the paintwork material moving in a kraskoraspylitel in various ways, having left a material nozzle, it is crushed by a stream of the compressed air following with a high speed from openings in an air head (see fig. 1). The painting torch consisting of parts of material from 5 to 100 microns in size moving towards painted products is as a result formed. Having reached the painted surface, parts are besieged on it and form a covering. The part of the sprayed parts (as a rule, the smallest) does not reach a product and is carried away by an air stream, forming painting fog. Decrease in losses of paintwork material on fogging and, respectively, increase of coefficient of transfer of material on a product are the most important factors of increase in economic efficiency and environmental friendliness of process of coloring. Now distinguish several kinds of a method of pneumatic dispersion, are basic of which: conventional dispersion with a high pressure of compressed air, dispersion with a low pressure of compressed air (HVLP), dispersion with an average pressure of compressed air. Let's consider the main types of kraskoraspylitel, proceeding from the classification of methods of pneumatic dispersion given above.
