Tin bar

Soft flexible tin has found broad application in production of different alloys. The most widespread alloy is an alloy of tin with copper under the name bronze. Products from bronze possess good mechanical and antifriction properties, and also high resistance to corrosion destructions. Bronze is widely applied at production of parts for responsible designs: wreaths of worm wheels, bearing bushes and inserts.
As the main semi - finished product for production of products from tin serve tin bars which represent the cold - rolled or pressed products. Tin bars are issued different brands of tin (from tin brands, especially pure on composition of metal, to alloys with alloying additions or leys). In section they can have a circle with a diameter from 8 to 15 mm, however the specifications and technical documentation allows production of products with other diameter in coordination with the customer.
Tin bars are widely used as solders for high - strength connection of elements of different designs. Characteristic properties of the bars made of tin and its alloys is their extreme viscosity, good tear resistance, rather low melting temperature and anticorrosive firmness.
