The violation by the employer or official of the labor legislation of RK which did not cause accident attracts a penalty on the officials, individual entrepreneurs, legal entities who are subjects of small or average business or non-profit organizations in the amount of 20 to 40 MRP, on the legal entities who are subjects of large business - in the amount of 50 to 100 MRP.
