TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS



2.1. Steel electrowelded pipes produce according to requirements of the present standard and for the technical regulations approved in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. Depending on indicators of quality of a pipe produce the following groups:

And - with rationing of mechanical properties from the quiet, semi-quiet and boiling steel of the brands St1, St2, St3, St4 in accordance with GOST 380-94 (categories 4 in accordance with GOST 16523-89, categories 1 in accordance with GOST 14637-89);

B - with rationing of a chemical composition from the quiet, semi-quiet and boiling steel of the brands St1, St2, St3, St4 in accordance with GOST 380-94 and GOST 14637-89, from the quiet, semi-quiet and boiling steel of brands 08, 10, 15 and 20 in accordance with GOST 1050-88, from brand 08Yu steel in accordance with GOST 9045-93, from the low-alloyed brand 22GYu steel with the chemical composition given in the tab. 1a (pipes with a diameter from 140 to 426 mm);

In - with rationing of mechanical properties and a chemical composition from the quiet, semi-quiet and boiling steel of the brands St1, St2, St3, St4 in accordance with GOST 380-94 (categories 4 in accordance with GOST 16523-89 and categories 2-5 in accordance with GOST 14637-89), from the quiet, semi-quiet and boiling steel of brands 08, 10, 15 and 20 in accordance with GOST 1050-88, from brand 08Yu steel in accordance with GOST 9045-93, from the low-alloyed brand 22GYu steel with the chemical composition given in the tab. 1a (pipes with a diameter from 140 to 426 mm);

Д - with rationing of test hydraulic pressure.

2.3. Pipes produce thermally processed (on all volume of a pipe or on welded connection), goryacheredutsirovanny and without heat treatment.

The type of heat treatment on all volume of a pipe is chosen by the manufacturer. Under the agreement of the manufacturer with the consumer of a pipe thermally process in the protective atmosphere.

Pipes from steel of brand 22GYu produce thermally processed on welded connection or on all volume, pipes from St1 brand steel - without heat treatment.
