Semi-automatic bigovshchik

For obtaining the sfaltsovanny document, we suggest you to use semi-automatic bigovshchik of Rillnak-E 36 and Rillnak-E 52. Semi-automatic bigovshchik of Rillnak-E 36/E 52 do all necessary for finishing processing of various production: the digital prints laminated and the varnished products, dense paper and a cardboard, and other materials on a paper basis.

Technically optimized scoring.
Thanks to work of system the knife matrix, the equipment Rillnak makes a leaf bigovaniye more softly, than rotor knives in the folding cars. It excludes damage of a basis of a leaf and stretching of fibers of paper. By means of this technology it is possible to make scoring with little effort all types of paper with a density up to 350 g/m2.

Use of Rillnak-E 36 and Rillnak-E 52 allows to save working hours on production. They are simple in control and operation. Both models are equipped with two bigovalny knives of various thickness (1,2 mm and 1,6 mm) in a standard complete set, with a possibility of switching from one knife on another in only a few seconds. The Bigovochny knife is activated when pressing the foot electric switch, for increase of accuracy and productivity.
